What this job involves
Working as part of the portfolio leadership team, your key focus will be on risk management, compliance, sustainability, and projects management.
A snapshot of the role:
- Provide strategic advice with regards to operational matters relating to risk, compliance & sustainability.
- Develop, maintain and review a Compliance Plan which is to include a list of compliance requirements
- Assume the sustainability lead for all JLL managed assets and provide a technical expertise to proactively support the client.
- Ensure that agreement is met on benchmarking against Rating Programs (NABERS energy, water – waste and Indoor Environment) and ensure the ratings are managed and coordinated across the portfolio
- Identify and analyse the merits of projects for potential application within nominated properties within the portfolio
- Participate in relevant industry sustainability groups, and forums to ensure that JLL and our clients are viewed as sustainability leaders.
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
You’ll possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, and qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field is desirable. You will have existing buildings experience, particularly within the context of Facilities Management with a strong preference for building services, NABERS ratings, and building upgrades.
You will be a confident self-starter who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships and possess excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service focus.
