The Opportunity: We have a fantastic opportunity for a bubbly, proactive and knowledgeable Administration Assistant to join our centre management team at QV Shopping Centre working with the Senior Administrator and providing administrative support across all Centre Management functions. Dexus has a strong retail team that proactively manages sub-regional shopping centres on behalf of Dexus Wholesale Property Fund and an Australian mandate and manages investments in seven Westfield shopping centres. The Retail Team provides shopping centre management, transactions, development management and leasing to our Third Party Funds management business.
The Role: You will join a fun, collaborative and supportive team and take on responsibility for the daily banking, processing invoices, raising and receipting purchase orders, sending invoices to corporate AP, lease administration, when required - reception relief including answering the telephone, attending to customer and tenant enquires, collecting opening the mail.
The Potential: The ideal addition to our team at QV will have demonstrated ability to use initiative, work autonomously and assume full responsibility of completion of tasks. They will have strong knowledge of administrative and financial management procedures along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of JDE is preferred but not a must.
We are looking for a bubbly individual who enjoys being creative, proactive and keeping themselves and everyone else organised and an individual who will prides themselves on great customer service. Ideally you will have administration experience, previous work experience in Shopping Centres is preferable. The new member of this strong and supportive team will have the ability to get on with a range of people with diverse personalities, be highly adaptable to change, strong attention to detail and you will not be afraid of bringing new ideas to the table on how we can improve process and efficiencies.
