An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced property manager to join a team which boasts a high retention & self-development culture.
The successful applicant will be welcomed into an established and progressive environment, with ongoing support and training opportunities by dedicated property management team leadership.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to this challenging and rewarding role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:-
- Portfolio based management of approx 170 properties
- Acquiring new managements
- Rent arrears management
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections
- Rent increases
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Tribunal representation where required
Essential Criteria to be considered for this role includes:-
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Current drivers licence and reliable transportation
- Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Immaculate presentation and polished verbal and written communication skills
Desirable but not essential criteria:-
- Knowledge of REST & Inspection Manager Software
- Tribunal experience
