Our client are Sydney's leading property consultants as they assist with first home buyers to experienced investors. This prestigious agency is located in Sydney’s Inner West. The Role

Enjoy your one day of during the week to run your mid week errands – without the weekend crowds. This is a newly created role as they are getting busier and busier by the day. This is a great opportunity for you to support 3 strong & experienced Property Management team. This role requires 1 year minimum experience to leverage your skills and grow with this phenomenal team

As a leasing consultant you duties will consist of, but are not limited to

• Handling leasing enquires from prospective tenants and process paperwork for the competent applicants
• Supporting 3 Property Managers
• Leasing opens, Applications, Files, Keys 
• Processing apps 
• Compile and complete condition reports
• Provide assistance to the property managers and owners to approve successful applications
• Using Console 
• 600 properties 
• Help with maintenance & repairs

  
What will you need to succeed?

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience is essential 
• A Certificate of registration
• Experience using REST or Console
• A reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Have knowledge in Microsoft applications
• Lastly, to want to take the next step in their career
