It’s time to raise the base in Property Management! This is a team that strive to perform to at the highest level at all times! Our Client is operating out of the leading network internationally. Currently seeking a Property Manager to join a team that indulge in industry-best training, education and resources.

The Role:
As the new Property Manager, On a daily basis, your day to day duties will include:

• Managing a small portfolio of approximately 140 properties
• Liaise with Landlords and tenants
• Complete ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Arrears control
• Manage repairs & Maintenance
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Conducting the Leasing Process
• NO Accounts

The Candidate:

• Experience managing a Porfolio
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
