This fantastic company is seeking to employ an Assistant Strata Manager with the potential to progress into a full Strata Manager in the future.
This is your opportunity to learn all there is to know about Strata!
What this great role involves:
- Prepare agendas, minutes and budgets
- Monitor financials including oversee accounts and approvals
- Assist with work orders, repairs and maintenance
- Process insurance quotes and claims
- Provide assistance with fire and other regulatory certificates
- Correspond with contractors, owners and tenants
The successful applicant:
- Some strata experience or an interest in strata highly regarded
- Be highly motivated and have an outstanding work ethic
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Will possess a driver's License and own vehicle
- Must have Strata Certificate
- Be well-presented and well-spoken
