Relief Building Manager

A specialist provider of residential building management, that is part of a wider group of property businesses are seeking a relief building manager to cover their large team of building managers across their Sydney portfolio.

The relief manager role is a full time permanent position within the organisation and largely takes ownership of sites when existing managers are on Holiday. The business currently has holiday booked up until the end of the year and can give you a very good overview of the next 6 months as to where you will be working. 

The relief building manager is also involved in presentations and costings for bids on new sites, and often heavily involved in the mobilisation when buildings come online. The role is therefore a reasonably senior position within the organisation and as the business grows this position could morph into more of an area manager position. 

To be successful in this role you will have experience across a number of different residential buildings, either as part of a previous portfolio, or a number of different single sites. Technical background is advantageous, but by no means a necessity. A commitment to service delivery and operational excellence is much more important.
