About the company:
Our client is a local private property developer located in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs who have been established for well over 20 years. They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Development Manager.

About the role: 
You will work in their close-knit team, reporting into the Development Directors and assisting in areas covering Acquisition, Planning, Construction, Financial Management & Reporting, and Asset Management.
 
You will work on projects from start to finish across the Industrial, Retail and Commercial sectors.

About you:

• Tertiary degree in Property
• At least 6 months’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Sound financial analysis skills and discounted cash flow modelling;
• Ability to embrace new initiatives and demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude;
• Enthusiastic, hard working person with self-motivation
