With low staff turnover and fabulous training and development, this is an opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a talented team – do not miss out!

The Role:

Direct property management of 170 properties in the CBD
Lease with both landlords and tenants
Complete repairs & Maintenance management
Arrears control
Conduct rental reviews & Lease renewals
Marketing of Properties
Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

Requirements:

Managing a CBD portfolio
Certificate of registration
Valid driver’s licence
Ability to work in a systematic and organised way
Punctual and polite
