Staff Solutions Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking Business Development Manager to join one of the most successful real estates in Melbourne. This is a permanent full time position. 

Responsibilities:

• Establishing brand new business, negotiate and build solid relationships
• Managing multiple projects and clients
• Developing numbers in rental roll
• Keeping high motivation at all the times and performing in lead and listing properties
• Maintaining and completing property listing documents accurately and professionally
• Providing professional Communication with property owner and prospect tenant
• Liaising and seeking from Property Manager and Internal Sales Consultant for referral if required 
• Organising marketing for new listing property
• Generating report on a regular basis and efficiently to management.
• Helping the company to meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 year’ professional experience in a similar role
• Current agent's rep certificate and valid Australian drive licence 
• Strong understanding in real estate industry in Australia
• Providing superb customer service at all the times
• Native in Mandarin and Fluent in English ( Excellent both written and oral)
• Advantage if you can speak the third language either Cantonese, Japanese, Korean or Malay
• High energy and driven attitude to hit and exceed sales targets
• The ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
• Familiar with property trends in Australia 
• Excellent communication and consultative skill
