A career defining opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver one of Melbourne's most Iconic high rise commercial projects. The successful candidate must have proven experience of delivering high rise commercial or apartment projects over 25 stories high from start to finish. 
 
This project will require you to work closely with the client being National Developer and high-end tenant navigating the delivery of this CBD based project. The expectations are high, in return for top quality people there will be top quality salary packages on offer. 
 
As Senior Project Manager you will ultimately be responsible for delivering the project on time and to budget.  
 
Responsibilities include -

• The Programming and scope of works
• Financial reporting and tracking budgets
• Managing internal and external design teams/consultancies
• The management and quality control of subcontractors  
• Awarding the full front end of the project and then naturally the construction team - likely to be a tier one builder 

 As the ideal applicant, you will have: 

• Experience with a client-side project management firm or developer
• A tertiary qualification in Construction / Property
• Experience of running large commercial/residential projects over $120 million in value
• Previous experience of high rise construction 
• Excellent time management
• Very good written and verbal communication
• Appropriate IT skills
