This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join one of Melbourne’s premier agencies. The right candidate will be working for a sophisticated, high end boutique agency known for their highly trained Property Management Team, located in Melbourne’s Kew Area with offices throughout the inner East and North-Eastern Suburbs. Currently seeking a Property Manager to join their extremely skilled team.


The Role: 
With a unique team structure working closely alongside a Business Development Manager, Leasing Consultant, Accountant and Administrator, your day to day tasks will include:

• Managing a clean portfolio of 160 properties located in Carlton, Kew, Hawthorn (Inner East/North)
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (5 pm finish on Fridays) + Saturday rotation once a month only 
• Liaising with Landlords & any escalated Tenant issues
• Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals
• Escalated arrears management
• Tribunal preparation & attendance

The Ideal Candidate:

• CONSOLE experience is preferred but not essential 
• Hold a Current Certificate of Registration and License
• Hold a current driver's license & own a car
• Ability to manage a growing portfolio
• Be a great team player

The Benefits:
