King Homes NSW is a rapidly growing new home builder specialising in building quality homes at affordable prices. We are a young vibrant company committed and passionate in delivering quality homes to our clients across Sydney, predominantly Western Sydney, on schedule.

In preparation for our grand opening of our second Display Home in HomeWorld Emerald Hills, we have a newly created position of a New Home Sales Consultant. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales professional to be based at our affordable new Display Home to help clients get started on their new home journey.

The Sales Consultant will work closely and be reporting directly to the Managing Director of King Homes NSW. The position will have the full support of the Office Administration staff to ensure clients receive prompt & quality service.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Greet and host potential clients in the Display Home and assist with any enquiries
  • Manage a Sales pipeline with great care and urgency
  • Administer and complete quotes and tenders in a timely manner
  • Generate, maintain and convert leads to meet targets

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide 5-star quality service to clients and the company
  • Commitment to the client’s new home journey not just the sale
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • New Homes sales experience is desirable but not mandatory. We are open to applications from experienced professionals with solid Real Estate or Property experience.
