We are seeking applicants for a Property Manager's position within our Cranbourne Office to manage an established portfolio.

The successful applicant with the right positive attitude will require experience, a high degree of attention to detail and be supportive of a systemized and process driven working environment. They will be expected to communicate with Clients and Customers in a professional manner and conduct their duties in accordance with current company and legislative framework.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Need:

  • Experience required in a similar role
  • Agent Representative Certificate
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent work ethic with a focus to achieve timely outcomes
  • Ability to follow office policies and procedures with a large emphasis on reporting
  • Console knowledge preferred
  • Looking for career advancement opportunities
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong prioritising, attention to detail, multitasking skills and problem-solving are vital

  • Police check, Valid Driver's License & Reliable car

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Client Liaisons Liaising with tenants and landlords daily
  •  Preparing Leasing documents and entry notices
  • Maintenance and follow up   
  • Attend open for inspections
  • Initial, periodical & end-of-lease inspections
  • Preparing Lease renewals
  • Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
  • Compliance with the regulations
  • VCAT applications and attendance
