Experienced Property Manager to join a Developer in establishing their in house Property Management!
Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a highly reputable and well respected Australian property development company. This company is well known for their significant participation in the residential property industry. Your new role
As Property Manager for this successful Developer you will be responsible for all aspects of the full portfolio management such as conducting routine and vacate inspections, signing new lease agreements and renewals, scheduling open homes and managing your tenants. You will also be acting as the leasing consultant advertising and opening the properties for rent and screening tenants prior to approval. This portfolio will start with approx. 30 properties and grow from there. As you will be the first property manager within the business, you will be expected to put durable processes and procedures in place to ensure a seamless process for when the portfolio grows.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have a driver’s license, a current ACT real estate registration, 5 years or more proven experience with the current real estate legislation, and an ability to handle a growing portfolio of properties. You will be a confident and clear leader who is motivated with ideas on how to put procedures together for the management of this portfolio.
