Team Work, Stability and an Established name...these are just a few words to describe my client who is based in a very prestigious suburb in the Eastern Suburbs.
 
Working in a small team of three, this dynamic, professional and friendly agency is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to assist with Senior Property Manager with the leasing of high end properties.
 
Your day will include, conducting open for inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, tenant reference checks, approving rental applications, liaising with landlord and tenants and much much more!
 
To secure this position, you will possess a couple of years Leasing or Property Officer experience, strong attention to detail and solid computer skills. In addition you will be a team player and have strong communication skills.
 
Your own car, valid driver's license and a current Certificate of Registration is essential for this position. If you are a polished individual who could handle high end properties than apply today!
