The Role:

This is an exciting management role where you will play an integral part to the overall achievements of the team. You will use your leadership skills to provide ideas on strategic issues and work with team to ensure team goals are achieved and deliver results for off the plan property selling team. The overall objective is to drive profit and performance through sustainable generation of revenue.

Your Profile:

A genuine interest, passion, a background in Real Estate and project selling will ensure that you fit into the overall culture of the business. You will need to be fluent in both Mandarin and English and a demonstrated application of sales and marketing techniques and frameworks. You have extensive experience managing sales professionals and by leading from the front with high performing and results oriented teams.
