The company
Our client is an international property company who are renowned for acquiring, developing and managing assets all over the world. They have a significant presence in Australia evidenced by a number of recent acquisitions. They have a professional and tight knit team in place that are highly regarded in the industry.

The role
Due to growth within the business they are seeking an Junior Investment Analyst to work closely with the Acquisitions Director and investment team to analyse, assess and secure new sites and acquire new assets both in the residential and commercial space. Your day to day role will include:

• Financial analysis of potential sites and various property assets 
• Undertake in depth research for both the residential and commercial sector
• Provide admin and data updates to head office
• Feasibility studies for potential sites 
• Managing due diligence process for new acquisitions

To be considered for this role you will need to display the following experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience working as an analyst in the Sydney property market
• Proven track record in feasibility studies
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Have the ability to think outside the box 
• Strong computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Estate Master and advanced excel models will be highly regarded
