About the Role
The role is strongly supported by the Department Manager and would suit an experienced PM assistant or PM looking for a change. Managing 150-170 properties, the successful applicant will enjoy regular REIV run training programs.
Mobile phone and petrol allowance is provided as a part of the package, plus there are great incentives and commissions on offer for new listings bought in to the business.
Duties
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Open for inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews
- Routine inspections, Condition Reports
- Tenancy application assessments
- New tenant inductions
Skills and Experience
- Experience with REST preferred
- Experience in property management as a PM or Assistant.
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to multi task and prioritise commitments
- Strong customer service skills
- Real Estate Agent’s Representative qualifications are required
- Drivers Licence and presentable car
