Receptionist/Office Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • General Office Administration including answering & directing phone calls, filing, office stationary orders, maintaining office presentation, general typing, maintaining office equipment
  • Assist sales team with, appraisal packs, printing, CRM data entry, website updates, marketing template update
  • Assist Property Manager with, general typing, preparation of landlord & tenant packs,  Property Condition Report updates, preparation of leases, applications, routine inspections
  • Assist office manager with general accounts, filing, trust account management
     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
