Job Description: 

  • Assist the Sales Manager to collect information to create and update a current market analysis, identifying the key opportunities areas and competitors, and then design and implement strategies to maximise these opportunities.
  • Contact local real estate developers and other potential partners to find suitable projects for cooperation, then signing cooperation agreements once approved by the head of the department.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with sales channels to accomplish sales targets.
  • To explore the needs of partners in depth, find new areas of cooperation, expand new projects, and coordinate with every department to ensure the smooth operation of the project.
  • To provide market reference information to overseas partners to keep them updated and maintain relationships.
  • In charge of marketing and innovating, exploring new ways to collaborate and develop new cooperation models, grow hooli’s brand and expand the business in Australia.
  • Keeping the backstage database updated with supplier room and source information, and also updating the inventory status for property in your area.
  • Connect with rental customers and provide customer service.

Qualifications:

  • University or above, quick learner,fluent in both English and Chinese, speaking and writing,have overseas study or work experience.
  • Have a deep geographical knowledge of Sydney or Melbourne, be familiar with the local real estate market.
  • Two years sales experience in the field of real estate, have Working visa/ PR/ Australian citizenship.  Preferred: Certificate of Agent's Representative
  • Outstanding presentation skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills.
  • Well-educated, hard-working, result-oriented, and ready for challenges.
  • Good manners, neat personal appearance.
