Your new role
The daily routine of this position contains, but not limited to managing a controllable portfolio of properties which includes liaison with stakeholders, contractors and tenants, conducting routine, final and maintenance inspections, conducting research on market changes and price adjustments to provide advice to stakeholders, observing rent collecting and actioning arrears and invoicing, handling bond lodgements, claims, refunds and attending tribunal hearings.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential, a current ACT real estate certificate, and any proven experience with the current real estate legislation and/or an ability to handle a growing portfolio of properties. You can further your career with this exciting and passionate team! If you’re willing to learn, have a passion for Real Estate, enjoy a challenging role, have strong drive, a detailed focus and you’re highly organised then this could be the right position for you!
