Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for full portfolio management including liaison with your tenants, landlords and tradespeople. You will control and manage a very manageable portfolio of approximately 130 properties and have the assistance of the leasing consultant to conduct exhibitions.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential, a current ACT real estate certificate, and any proven experience with the current real estate legislation and/or an ability to handle a growing portfolio of properties.

Ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate, no weekend work is required for this particular role and there is a great opportunity to build fantastic relationships with the team members around you. There is also an opportunity to bring on New Business properties.
