Our client is a National Property Trust who own a portfolio of quality sub-regional and neighbourhood shopping centres around the country.  

Our client is seeking an experienced Centre Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity, or for a Retail Manager who is looking to step up.  

In this role, you will be based at a neighbourhood Centre in the Eastern region of Melbourne.  Occasionally, you will be required to visit 1 other centre in the north of the Victoria - on a needs basis only.    

Some of your duties in this role:

• Preparing the annual business plan
• Budgeting and forecasting 
• Actively engaging with the local community
• Managing relationships with retailers 
• Identifying leasing opportunities including casual mall leasing
• Marketing for the centre 
• Managing debtors 
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Reviewing and analysing centre performance
