FM Experience is important as it's a position that will hit the ground running - with the preparation of the organisations relocation to their new Head Office and assisting in the securing of the FM support team.

The introduction of role to the organisation will begin at the client's existing office in Banksmeadow, where you will gain insight into the business and key stakeholders.
The role will then transition to a new purposed built Mascot head Office (2 mins away from mascot Station) and manage the day to day operations (including all FM contracts and suppliers)
The role also includes the management, support and development of a team of two FM support staff (Facilities Administrator / Reception).
The client cares for their employees, partners and visitors, and this needs to be communicated through best-in-class facility services. They take a lot of pride in what they do and so should you.
You will work in close collaboration with the all stakeholders and have an opportunity to make a difference in how they run their offices.
The role reports to the A/NZ FM - who is also based in the Mascot office.
