Your new role
The leasing consultant will provide feedback to all landlords, schedule appointments and exhibition times, liaise with landlords and tenants, conduct reference checks for perspective tenants, data entry, record relevant notes to in house system, organising property keys, market research, conducting open homes and communicating regularly with the property managers and new business consultant.
What you'll need to succeed
A driver’s license is essential along with a current ACT real estate registration. The successful candidate will come with a high level of customer service and multi-tasking skills, a great eye for attention to detail, knowledge of the residential tenancies act and the ability to negotiate.
