About the opportunity:

In this role, you will be part of the GBS Australian and NZ Property and Contracts Team and be responsible for the end to end delivery of Property related Lease administration activity supporting our ANZ BP business.

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Provide end to end Lease Administration from Lease setup, payment, reconciliation of our Lease obligations, performance and future expiry.
  • Process regular Lease payments and recoveries process for all Leases administered through SAP Real Estate Platform
  • Ensure Lease data in SAP Real Estate Platform is accurate and up to date at all times, aligned to Lease Contracts.
  • Maintain filing and archiving of paperwork, ensuring archiving is kept up to date
  • Produce relevant Management Reporting and support the team leader in resolving issues and progressing CI projects

About You:

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar Lease Administration role within a large retailer or multi-site organisation. You will have a comprehensive understanding of lease administration processes, commercial leases and lease terminology.

Other essential attributes include:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate lease data
  • Good working understanding of Master Data requirements
  • The ability to interpret lease agreements into business communication
  • An understanding of Accounts Payable & MI processes.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Experience using a lease management system e.g SAP Real Estate
