Business Development Manager | Inner Bayside Area | Boutique Agency 

This successful agency is based in the Inner Bayside Area. Always looking for growth they are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join their company. 

Your role will involve signing up new business for their rent roll - so you will need to LOVE closing deals!

To be considered for this role, you will need to have worked in Property Management (and are seeking a more salesy kind of role).  Ideally, you will have signed up new business onto a rent roll before.  

Leads will be given to you, either by company call in or from the Sales Team - but there would need to be a heavy concentration on prospecting and finding your own leads.

In this role, you will be offered a generous base salary plus an incredible commission structure of up to 50% of the leasing fee!  So you can earn as much as you like!
