They have a well established reputation in the Facilities Management Industry and due to growth are currently seeking a Vendor/Subcontractor Manager with extensive contract negotiation, issue resolution and compliance experience to oversee the performance and contractual obligations of their Subcontractor network. Extensive experience in management of supply chain and contractual agreements/terms & conditions will see you succeed in this exciting position. 

Based at Head Office, you will be responsible for the following:

• Governance of the overall vendor management framework
• Management and resolution of all vendor performance disputes and issues
• Provide reviews & recommendations to extend/amend or extend & re-procure vendors
• Monitors compliance and KPI's to contractual requirements
• Establishes and updates records of all correspondence related to contract activity
• On-boarding of new vendors
• Build on strong relationships with supply chain partnerships
• Responsible for all documentation and communications relating to contracts administration both internally and with clients

In this role you will require:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement/Supply Chain/Vendor Management
• Strong negotiation and issue resolution skills
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience interpreting contractual terms and conditions
• Ability to build strong and long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
