The Position
Working in a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities in the role of Marketing Manager will include:
- Mentor and coach the marketing team
- Execute the brand marketing plan
- Develop marketing concepts for each unique project
- Manage website, social media pages and marketing campaigns
- Design signage for display suites and all print advertising
- Organise project launch events and manage partners/suppliers
- Prepare and maintain the marketing budget
- Run weekly marketing meetings
- Track team performance to maximise results
The Person
We are seeking someone exceptional to take on this role. You must bring a strategic mindset and be capable of managing marketing budgets and ideas from inception through to execution. You will have strong brand and campaign conceptualisation and experience across all elements of the marketing mix.
In particular we are seeking:
- A Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing, or related area
- Experience across website and content management, social media strategy development, email marketing implementation and database segmentation
- Ideally experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Content Management Systems, social channels along with an understanding of SEO/SEM best practices
- Previous Property or Real Estate Marketing experience ideally in the developer/project marketing space 5+ years
- Ideally some people management experience
