What’s the role?
The Property Services Supervisor is part of the Darling Park Management Team and responsible for the day-to-day management of operational aspects of the property, including overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.
As a key part of the Property Operations team, the Property Services Supervisor will manage service providers, liaise with property stakeholders, oversee property services technology platforms and be a strong advocate for sustainability and customer service. Responsibilities include:
- Contract Management
- Service Delivery
- Budget and Financial Control
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background in services contract management, good financial acumen, strong computer and technology skills and with commercial property management experience being advantageous but not essential. You will also have customer service experience, work well within a team environment and an ability to communicate well with people at all levels.
