Experienced Property Manager

Taylor Real Estate is looking for a motivated, experienced full time property manager who has a true passion for Property Management.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in residential property management as well as a current real estate certifications. 

You will be managing and growing an established and well looked after medium sized portfolio.

You will be self-motivated with impeccable personal presentation and will enjoy a supportive & team environment.

Requirements of the role: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
  • Certificate of Registration is essential
  • Your own car and a valid NSW drivers licence
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Local real estate knowledge
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Great time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage tenancy renewals and increase rents where possible
  • Conduct in-goings and out-goings inspections in a timely, thorough fashion
  • Conduct regular routine inspections as scheduled and promptly action maintenance & reports
  • Manage tenancy queries in relation to lease agreements, rent etc
  • Advertising available properties
  • Procure new tenants & thereby limiting any vacancy periods
  • Be highly professional and presentable
  • Organise repairs and maintenance jobs
  • Take actions necessary for arrears management
  • Maintain regular and close contact with the owners and tenants
  • Be available to work Saturdays when required to conduct open homes
  • Prepare lease agreements, bond forms, entry and exit reports
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships
  • Highly organised administrative skills
