About our client:

Our client designs and manufactures product solutions for inspiring work spaces. They offer a suite of services and products that have set the benchmark for workplace solutions.

The role:

Recent internal progression will necessitate the new Managing Director to utilize their superior entrepreneurial and marketing acumen to drive the businesses to meet their aggressive growth plan across Oceania. The Managing Director will also be tasked with ensuring the collaborative and strong culture whilst cultivating and developing a consistent, harmonious and engaged workforce across the expanding business.

On a day to day basis, the Managing Director will be responsible for leading the existing business across the finance, sales and marketing, HR and supply chain functions. Developing a commercially driven mindset across the Executive leadership team will be fundamental to the long term success of the business. The Managing Director must embrace and enjoy hands on development of their immediate team in order to forge a strong sales mindset at all levels of the business.

The successful candidate:

• With a key focus on driving top-line growth across this organisation's key business verticals, the role holder will be able to demonstrate a successful background in
• Workplace/Architecture/Design/Property and a B2B environment.
• With superior communication skills in both the written and verbal form, the Managing Director will develop a sales-based culture, a passion for learning and development
• Business process review and / or business integration experience would also be valuable to the role
• Innovative & Collaborative approach to differentiate the business
