Are you an experienced Property Stylist?

Smart Presentations, a private company specializing in the area of home presentation, would like to hear from positive, articulate and well presented Stylists to join its friendly team of focussed and motivated staff on a casual basis.

We are experiencing an increased demand for our services and therefore require to have a bank of casual, experienced stylists who we can call on to assist in peak periods.

We will only be looking at stylists who have solid experience in the presentation of homes for sale. As part of the interview process, you will be required to undertake a practical styling test which will involve at least two property and demographic elements.

Being a gifted stylist, you will be able to function independently within our well defined structures, possess a strong work ethic, be organized with good time management skills and display a flexible and 'can - do' approach to your work.  As well as being adept at styling, you will also be required to demonstrate attention to detail as it pertains to paperwork, organizing of trades and any follow up with agents/clients regarding access or other property/campaign details. This is not just a styling job. As well as building business relationships with real estate agents, the ability to develop new and existing business opportunities would be advantageous as there may be a sales component to the position.
