Currently looking for a new addition to their fantastic team, our client has been established for many years and specialise in providing personalised, prompt and efficient service to the strata industry. Are you looking for a change? This is a role with the opportunity to work close to home within a team that has a low staff turnover.

The Role:
You will be given the opportunity to work alongside the strata team to effectively provide assistance and provide a 5 star service to their clients. As an Assistant Strata Manager, your day to day duties will include:

• Day to day administration management supporting 2 x Strata Managers
• Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate)
• Point of contact for Owners and Tenants
• Organise and manage repairs & maintenance
• Strata Administration
• Attending AGM Meetings

The Candidate:

• Will ideally have 1 year Assistant Strata Management experience
• Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
