The Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the residential delivery of Medium density projects.  The Development Manager will report to the Development Director and take full ownership of two projects, one in construction phase & one in planning, also assist with two projects in BD stage.  

You main responsibilities will include:

• Management of planning & development approval for residential
• Preparation & lodgement of development applications
• Preparation of Consultant briefs and appointment of project teams
• Tracking budgets of financials 
• Overseeing project delivery through the management of internal & external building partners

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing small and medium sized residential built form or land development projects
• Degree in Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline or equivalent experience
• A demonstrated knowledge of the planning process and experience taking projects through planning and delivery
• A strong focus on internal and external customer service and collaboration.

This is a great opportunity to join a small but collaborative team where you would get true exposure to the end to end process, this opportunity would look at a more senior person 4 days per week. 

All projects are in close vicinity of Inner Sydney & working hours are 8 - 4pm.
