Partnering exclusively with FutureYou, a rare opportunity has arisen for a Retail Leasing Executive to join a leading property group within Melbourne. This role will require you to lease both static and newly developed neighbourhood shopping centres across Victoria.

As one of the longest standing property groups within Melbourne, our client is well known for being one of the 'go-to' specialists within retail shopping centres across all of Victoria.
Description
As the Retail Leasing Executive of the Melbourne portfolio, it will be your responsibility to re-negotiate existing leases to maximise gross income, ensure low vacancy with rental growth, continue to work on remixing and adding new projects, continuously canvas the market and be up to date with the new and existing retailers.
Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate at least 2-4 years of direct experience within retail shopping centre leasing. For this position, you will need to have active database as you will be required to hit the ground running as there are currently various projects underway.
Please note that this role would be perfectly suited to someone who has worked within an agency environment before or who is extremely eager to take the opportunity to make their footprint within retail leasing.
