We are looking for an intelligent, motivated, well presented and customer service focused individual to manage 2 residential apartment buildings in Sydney, CBD focused.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the buildings including organising maintenance and repairs, supervising trades people and contractors, liaising with residents and dealing with their concerns.
1-2 Years building management experience as a Building Manager or Assistant Building Manager is preferred, alternatively experience in a similar environment (property/trade/strata/facilities management) where one can demonstrate knowledge of building management, management of workflow and assets.
You will be a highly capable person who thinks rationally, logically, can work un-supervised and solve problems as they present themselves. Trade knowledge or experience dealing with contractors and / or building & construction matters is highly regarded.
Basic computer skills and a current Australian drivers license are required, you must also be eligible to work in Australia permanently.
This is a full time position and training will be provided. You will be working for a rapidly growing company with an excellent team culture and the opportunity for the right candidate to progress into a more senior role.
A starting salary of $80k + super + benefits will be offered dependant on experience.
