The Role:
As the new Sales Associate, we are seeking someone with team spirit. You will be responsible for delivering excellent support and service while constantly demonstrating initiative. We are seeking someone committed, loyal and enthusiastic that can work both in a team and autonomously. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the management of up to 10 plus property campaigns at any one time
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Handling  all potential buyer enquiries
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Buyer call backs following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Database prospecting, development and maintenance
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training

  
The Candidate:

• Pevious experience in Real Estate
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong administration and communication skills
• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
