PROPERTY OFFICER NEEDED

Headed up by a fantastic Director that has commenced their career in real estate, this is a team built on a fantastic reputation for consistently achieving outstanding results for their clientele. Our client is seeking a Property officer with just a certificate and car to expand and build there strong property management team. You don't want to miss out on this one! 
 
The Role:
Working closely with a supporting Senior Property Manager, this is a team with great training and great culture. Daily, you will be responsibilities will include:

• Tenant Management 
• Signing up new lease agreements 
• Assisting in the management of approximately 150 properties
• Effectively liaise with tenants 
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's

 
The Candidate:
Do you have a car & certificate of registration and 6 months experience in real estate. This is for you!!!
