The Role:
Monday – Friday, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager  to work out of a bright, open office with fantastic courtyard facilities. Using REST, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a local portfolio of 200 commercial properties
• Liaising with both tenants and landlords
• Daily follow up of rental arrears
• Invoicing of tenants (including outgoings) and arrears control
• Maintenance issues and follow up
• Condition reports and routines
• Annual rent increases & market rent reviews
• 1 x Commercial Assistant for support

  
The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car & Drivers License
• You will be immaculately presented
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
