Seeking an immediate starter, Amadio Property Group is looking for an energetic individual to fulfil a full-time Admin / Receptionist & Property Management Assistant role.

The successful applicant will present well, display strong attention to detail, showcase an ability to multi-task, enjoy working as part of a great team culture and ideally have been in a similar role.

Further, Amadio Property Group's future candidate will:

·         Have completed their REIQ registration course and

·         Be registered with the office of fair trading

An exciting team culture is present at Amadio Property Group so the upcoming employee will require an easy-going personality to seamlessly slide into our fun-loving company.

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, as well as some Saturday work. Expectations for our new Receptionist and Property Management Assistant will include:

·         Natural flair for people and relationship building

·         Exceptional organizational, planning, scheduling and monitoring skills

·         Tenacious & proactive approach with a strong customer service focus

·         Proficient computer skills with excellence in word processing, data entry and general administration

·         Ability to work well within a team environment and unsupervised

·         One year Real Estate experience / knowledge

·         Must hold valid drivers license / own vehicle

·         Must be available to work Saturdays
