With an ongoing commitment and considered direction for expansion we are now looking to recruit experienced Sales Consultants who have proven and consistent results in the sale of new home and land packages, especially to first home buyers.

The sales model offers an outstanding architecturally designed range of affordable, fixed price, fully turn key family homes that offer outstanding value to the first home buyer.

Single display homes located in the Gold Coast, Brisbane South and West, in exclusive land estates, show the prospective buyer exactly the inclusions and finishes of their new home.

The successful applicant will have:

• 2 years plus recent experience similar role
• Ability to work based in the display home
• A full understanding of construction processes and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Experience and ability to work within a CRM
• Ability to learn and implement procedures
• Enthusiasm and energy
• A current QLD Real Estate Sales Certificate
• A Family structure that supports weekend work which is essential to the role

Remuneration:

An attractive earning package will be offered to the successful applicant with base salary, superannuation and commissions.
