To succeed in this role you'll have...
- Previous property management experience;
- Previous client relationship and management experience;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Experience working with PM & CRM systems;
- Knowledge of the residential tenancy act;
- Market knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;
- The ability to analyse and interpret numerical data;
- Diplomacy and mediation skills;
- The ability to prioritise your time;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Meticulous attention to detail; and
- A valid drivers licence and motor vehicle.
