This office is trusted by local specialist and has an exceptional track record, working tirelessly to deliver premium results. This hard working team is looking for a property manager to join their team. Managing 170 properties your duties will include:

• Effectively liaise with tenants 
• Attending Tribunals
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's

What do you need to succeed? 

• You will have minimum 2 years' experience managing a Portfolio
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License 
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills 
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
• Maintain honestly, integrity and professionalism
