We are a brand new company and are looking to grow our property management function.
For a start we are offering work 2 days a week at $25/hr (including super).
We will give a small allowance for fuel but you are expected to have your own car and use it for travel purposes.
As the business grows, we will increase the number of days you work.
You will be responsible for holding the property manager phone even during non-work hours.
Our office is based in Kelmscott.
Your responsibilities will include
-Sourcing for new landlords
-Signing of Mgmt Authroity
-Doing Property conditions reports
-Doing inspections
-Handling Landlord & tenant inquiries
-Monthly processing of trust account
-Home Open on weeks
We need someone that has experience and is willing to grow with us.
You must be a current property manager registration with the department of commerce.
