 ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

• 360 management of 100 properties (all based SOR, Applecross, Cockburn, Fremantle and surrounding suburbs)
• PCR's outsourced
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Organising maintenance & repairs
• Rent arrears & lease renewals
• Finals
• Home opens

To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following;

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Exceptional organisational skills & ability to take direction
• Valid Certificate of Registration (WA)
• Valid driver's licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Working knowledge of Property Tree (highly advantageous) or REST
• Competent PC skills (Microsoft)
• Professional presentation & motivated attitude
• Time management skills & strong attention to detail
• Clean references
