Duties and Responsibilities 
Committed to delivering premium results with expertise knowledge, this team of professionals have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Property Manager to join their supportive, friendly professional & fast growing company. You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with clients
• Managing and update the database and intranet
• Regular use of Rest, Filesmart and Inspectrealestate
• General Property Management administration duties

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate lucky enough to secure this role will have:

• Ideally 3 years experience managing their own portfolio
• This role is an In house role
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office
• Advance Rest experience essential 
• Immaculate presentation
