A snapshot of the role:
- Assisting the Category Lead in executing procurement strategies to meet GB objectives
- Ensuring alignment of sourcing practices with JLL policies and goals
- Managing vendor contracts and internal and external communication flows with vendors
- Providing analytic and administration support
- Becoming a subject matter expert in E-Procurement systems
This is a fixed term contract until July 2020.

You may possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business Studies/Admin/Management, Commerce, or any other related discipline) or Industry Certification (CIPS etc.), with proven Procurement experience (in the Facilities Management industry or In-Directs being of advantage). Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and attention to detail, will see you thrive in this role. Also important is a commitment to continuous improvement and sound IT system literacy.
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement.
