The Company

Our client is a city based Strata agency who have built a solid reputation for themselves in the OC space.  Working very closely with Student Accommodation, business is going from strength to strength.

The Role

An opportunity now exists for a self motivated and passionate Owners Corpo administrator to join their team. Its a busy work environment with training provided but looking for someone with prior experience and the ability to hit the ground running while receiving support from the management team. You will have prior experience in Owners Corp and a comprehensive understanding of administration duties in this space.

An example of your duties will include; 

• Managing maintenance request
• Work orders
• Liaison with the committee
• Follow up on work orders and invoices
• Organizing contractors to conduct the maintenance

Skills and Experience

• Strong administration experience is a must!
• A solid understanding of Owners Corporation 
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to think outside of the box
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Body Corporate software advantageous
• Ability to multi task
• Can work autonomously and in a team environment
